Assessment Results & Feedback

Emma will prepare a detailed report outlining assessment findings, which will be shared with you and relevant support team members (such as teachers, caregivers, or other health professionals) with your consent. A feedback session will then walk through the key findings and recommended next steps.

Depending on your child’s needs, assessments may be informal—such as observations and play-based interactions—or formal, including standardised testing and structured assessments, to gain a clear understanding of your child’s strengths and areas for support.

Based on the assessment findings and agreed goals, tailored support options are offered to meet your child’s individual needs. This may include regular one-on-one sessions at home, school, or in community settings, as well as parent or carer coaching and home practice activities to support ongoing development.
